CURRENT PRODUCTION

A group of 18 girls will be performing The Vampire of Barcelona - a period dark comedy based on the untold story of Enriqueta Marti, featuring singing and dancing and a host of unsavoury characters from southern Spain - every day from 6th-11th August 2018 at theSpace on the Mile.

In Barcelona at the beginning of the 20th century, a vampire walks the streets, invisible to those who choose not to see her. Like a female child-catcher, Enriqueta Marti snatches children off the streets and uses their blood and bones to make the creams and potions that keep her wealthy clientele’s health and youthful looks. Is this the story of Enriqueta, the most evil, callous and cold-blooded woman to ever walk the earth or is it the story of a misogynistic tabloid press satisfying their readers' desires for ever more sadistic fantasies? You must decide.

This will be an experience of a lifetime and we can’t wait to arrive in Edinburgh. We couldn’t be more excited to face this challenge head-on and give it our all – and we hope the Fringe is ready for us!

The opening night at School was a huge success and I can’t wait to see what the audiences in Edinburgh make of it!
